Michael Samples

With over two decades of experience, Mr. Samples functions as a Project Coordinator in the field of environmental remediation with over two decades of experience. As the client advocate, single and multi-party clients rely on him in a diverse array of project coordination and management tasks. Mr. Seibel has years of environmental project management and coordination experience. He is a Licensed/Registered Professional Geologist with diverse experience in the management and coordination of all phases of the remediation of NPL sites (RI/FS, RD/RA, NTCRA, Emergency Response Action and O&M), sites undergoing RCRA Corrective Action (VI, RFI, and CMS), voluntary site remediation, sites being addressed by state mandated programs (such as NJ ISRA and PA Act 2), federal facilities, non-hazardous disposal sites and low-level radioactive sites (i.e. FUSRAP).

His experience in the chemical industry includes successful management of capital project design, construction and startup, engineering support for operations, negotiation of environmental permits, and coordination of general regulatory affairs for a $1.5 billion chemical industry manufacturing site. As an engineering consultant, Mr. Underwood has specialized in remediation, incineration and various other aspects of solid and hazardous waste management and permitting.

John Uruskyj

Mr. Uruskyj is very experienced in all aspects of environmental remediation projects.
